WHEN CAN FLOWERS BE ORDERED?

We are always open online, orders can be placed 24/7. If placing an order by phone, please call between 8am - 4pm. 

WHAT HOURS DO WE DELIVER?

Normal flower delivery hours are between 11am and 5pm, Tuesday to Friday.  Unfortunately we do not deliver on weekends or public holidays except for Mother's Day each year when we have special couriers to deliver flowers on the Saturday.

WHAT IS THE DEADLINE FOR PLACING AN ORDER ONLINE?

Flowers need to be ordered one day in advance. Unfortunately our online service does not provide same day delivery. If you are wanting same day delivery, please call the shop before 8am. 

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY FEE?

The delivery fee is $10 per address.

WHAT AREAS DO WE DELIVER TO?

Avonlea Flowers only delivers to the local area. These areas include Murchison, Tatura, Dhurringile, Tatura, Mooroopna, Ardmona, Shepparton, & Kialla.

CAN I ORDER FLOWERS ONLINE FOR DELIVERY OUTSIDE OF THESE AREAS?

At this time, we do not deliver outside of these areas. Orders placed for outside these areas cannot be delivered and money will be refunded.  

CAN YOU GUARANTEE A SPECIFIC TIME FOR A FLOWER OR GIFT DELIVERY?

Due to the amount of orders we receive, we cannot guarantee specific times. For a more accurate time of delivery, give us a call on the morning of your delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT AT HOME?

If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made, the delivery will be left in a safe place by the door if our experienced couriers deem it safe to do so. 
In the unlikely event that the delivery cannot be left safely, we will give you a call to arrange an alternate address or time for delivery. Additional charges may apply for change of delivery day or address. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE DELIVERY DETAILS SUPPLIED ARE INCORRECT?

Our experienced delivery drivers will attempt to find the correct address.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, then if the flowers are recovered, Avonlea Flowers will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery. 
However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, we cannot accept any responsibility for such loss. 
It is the customer's obligation to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.

WHAT SORT OF FLOWERS WILL BE IN MY ARRANGEMENT?

Avonlea Flowers uses a seasonal mix of flowers to create all our orders. All products are Australian grown and are subject to weather conditions. If you are after a specific flower, give us a call & we can let you know if it is in season & available. If not, we have help you find a substitute flower equally as beautiful. As flower varieties vary, arrangements may differ from the photos provided. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I WANT TO MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

As long as the order has not yet been dispatched for delivery, changes are able to be made by phoning our florist shop.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE THE PRICES DISPLAYED IN?

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).

DO YOU DO WEDDING BOUQUETS, FUNERAL FLOWERS OR EVENT ARRANGEMENTS?

Unfortunately Avonlea Flowers does not do wedding, funeral or event arrangements. If you were looking to purchase flowers to make up your own bouquets, we can happily help you out. Just give us a call to arrange a time to come our & see one of our florists.  

I HAVE A BUSINESS ACCOUNT WITH AVONLEA, CAN I STILL ORDER ONLINE?

At this stage, we cannot place online orders on accounts. Please give our shop a call & we can sort out something for you.
