Avonlea Flowers provides a selection of mixed bouquets. Flower varieties change depending on the season, allowing us to have the freshest, locally grown blooms. Arrangements include posies which can be delivered locally or picked up from the farm florist shop.
Orders for delivery can be made though the online store or by phoning our shop. We recommend orders are made prior to the day of delivery.

SOCIAL MEDIA
Orders CANNOT be placed over social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) or the Avonlea Flowers email, as we can't guarantee your inquiry will be seen before our deliveries are finalized. Our social media platforms are run by a team of people, many of whom are not always in our retail store.

EVENTS (FUNERALS, WEDDINGS, ECT)
At this stage, Avonlea Flowers does not make wedding, funeral or event arrangements. We can however supply flowers & advise if you would like to make up your own arrangements.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY OF FLOWERS
Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers, some arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted. As flowers, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery, our team of florists will do their utmost to substitute the product that is unavailable at the time to compliment your order. This policy applies so that we can ensure that the recipient receives the best possible blooms on the day of delivery. We reserve the right to substitute goods of equal or greater value.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
As we are working with a fresh product, issues can arise from time to time. If for some reason you are unhappy with your delivery/floral arrangement, please contact our shop ASAP. In the event of premature dying or lack of freshness, our policy is that evidence MUST be provided via a photo or return of flowers. A replacement/refund can be issued with adequate evidence. If no proof can be given, a refund/replacement may not be given. All refunds & replacements are made at the manager's discretion.

DELIVERIES
Unfortunately we DO NOT offer same day deliveries through our online service. Same day delivery may be available by calling our shop on 58262406 BEFORE 9am. Deliveries will be made between 9am-5pm from Tuesday to Friday. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times however every effort is made to ensure your order arrives in a timely fashion. If no delivery date is selected, order will be sent at the next available delivery date. Deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
We will send out products according to the delivery date and option selected. Please ensure that you enter full and accurate details. We cannot be responsible for any orders which are not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided. In the event that no one is present to accept the order at time of delivery, our driver will find a suitable, safe place to leave your order. If such a place is not found, you will be contacted for an alternate address.

Orders which are placed outside our delivery areas will not be delivered and payment will be refunded.

ORDERING ONLINE
After placing your order, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail confirming the value of your order, which has been debited from your credit card. If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us on 58262406.
We will contact you by email or telephone if we have any questions relating to your order.
Amending Your OrderIf you wish to make any changes to your order, please call us on 58262406 before 9:30am on the day of delivery.

CARING FOR YOUR FLOWERS
- Carefully remove all packaging, including wrapping paper. Keep string or bands tied around the stems if you wish to shape.
- Place the bouquet in a clean vase. Fill three-quarter of the vase with clean, fresh water.
- Remove any foliage below the water level, as these may contaminate the water.
- Place the bouquet in a cool place, away from heating, appliances, and direct sunlight.
- Add fresh water daily
- Please keep the arrangement in a cool place, away from heating, appliances, and direct sunlight.
- Top up the water carefully each day.
